An end to Bittorrent throttling?
It doesn’t really matter in the long run. Bittorrent was created in response to the crackdown on centralised distribution nodes and I’m sure we’ll see a switch to another file distribution method soon enough. There are already signs services like Rapidshare are taking up the slack.
