I also want to begin with some kudos for the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court of the United States. They’ve taken a lot of hits over the past couple of years.
Obviously, I’ve had a bit of chequered history with the Supreme Court. Words have been exchanged. Naked photographs of them have been printed.
But today they did themselves proud. The court ruled that it was illegal for states to execute 16- and 17-year-old criminals. Now you recall three years ago they also deemed it unconstitutional to execute the retarded.
So, I just want to take this opportunity to thank the United States Supreme Court for everything that it’s doing to keep our show’s core fanbase alive.
